Hi Everyone, I am reviewing Doctor contracts and Doctor compensation. My question is when considering the 25% of hospital gross for benchmarking, does that include salary, commission (pro-sal), all benefits (health insurance, association dues etc), tax liability, vacation and holiday pay?
