Speaker: Gretchen Dillon-Sauer, MBA, CVPM Gretchen Dillon-Sauer, MBA, CVPM joined South Carolina Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Care in 2001 and by 2007 became a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager. Ms. Dillon-Sauer earned her MBA in May 2011 from the University of South Carolina. As the Practice Administrator she is dedicated to excellence in career through education and her focus in veterinary medicine is in business management and as a mentor for young managers. In 2014 Gretchen was named South Carolina Association of Veterinarians Veterinary Hospital Employee of the Year. Subsequently in January 2015, Ms. Dillon-Sauer was recognized yet again on a national level and received the 2015 Practice Manager of the Year sponsored by Petplan Pet Insurance. Ms. Dillon-Sauer speaks nationally and internationally on various management topics that shape the current veterinary management landscape.
