To access the VHMA application from your mobile device if you haven’t previously downloaded it:

INSTALL IT
Download the VHMA Events app on your device
Once installed, launch the VHMA Events app and enter your email address (the email you registered with) on the login screen
Now enter your password: VHMA2024

NOTE: When you install the app, please be sure to AGREE to the Push Notifications so that you can receive the latest VHMA Events updates.
Once logged in, you can access the following icons on the home pages:
- Sessions: View the entire session schedule organized by days, tracks, rooms, and speakers. Tap the heart button on any session to create a personal session schedule, which will be visible under the "My Agenda" button.
- CE Tracking: Mark sessions you have attended and email yourself a transcript of continuing education.
- Exhibitors: Access exhibitor details, content, and their booth locations at the event. You can also filter exhibitors by category. Tap the heart button to add an exhibitor to your favorites, which will be visible under the "My Agenda" button.
- My Agenda: This section displays your personal session schedule and the exhibitors you have favorited.
- Attendees: Connect with your fellow attendees and send them messages.
- Attendee Profile: View your attendee profile, update your information, and add a profile photo.
- Survey: Complete the session surveys and the final event survey.
- Maps: Use the hotel and interactive exhibitor map to navigate the event venue effectively.
- Info: Find comprehensive information about all other aspects of the event.
- Notes: Access a list of notes you have taken, sorted by session, exhibitor, attendee, and general notes. You can also email these notes to yourself at any time.
- Messaging: Send messages and view the list of messages you have sent and received from fellow attendees.
- Notifications: Stay updated with the latest information and announcements.
- Photo Gallery: Browse the photo gallery and utilize the camera functionality within the gallery to capture and share your favorite moments from the event.
- Lead Retrieval: This feature is exclusively available to exhibitors.
- Scan and Meet: Scan the QR code of fellow attendees (located in their profile section) to expand your network, meet new colleagues, and participate in the networking game.
- Game: Engage in the game and earn points by networking with attendees, visiting exhibitors, participating in quizzes, and using the app. Prizes are up for grabs as well. The game begins when the conference starts.
- Search (top menu): Utilize the search function to look up sessions, exhibitors, and attendees.
- Settings (top menu): Log out or manually refresh the session data as needed.
