Registration Rates/Policies

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received in writing prior to August 16, 2024, all fees, other than a $25 processing fee, will be refunded. After August 16, 2024, no refunds will be issued.

Should the VHMA cancel the event because it is impractical or unsafe to hold, all registration fees will be refunded. Registrants will have the option to apply payments to a future event.

Annual Conference FULL CONERENCE:
SUPER SAVER - Full conference (on or before 05/31/2024) $645 Member/$885 Non-Member*
EARLY BIRD - Full conference (on or before 07/31/2024) $710 Member/$950 Non-Member*
Full conference (after 07/31/2024) $755 Member/$995 Non-Member*

Please note that the conference registration fee includes breakfast on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and lunches on Thursday and Friday.

Annual Conference SINGLE DAY:
Single Day - $390 Member/$630 Non-Member*

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP:
Single Day - $295

*Non-Member registration fee includes VHMA Individual Membership for the remainder of 2024 and all of 2025 at the discounted membership rate of $240.
