Please be sure to mention that you are attending the VHMA 2024 Annual Meeting and Conference to secure the group rate. The group's discounted block of rooms is available Wednesday through Friday night. You can book beyond those nights, but the group rate is not guaranteed. It is based on space and rate available.
Reservations Deadline: Tuesday, August 27 (or until the group block has sold)
- The rate is per room, per night for a standard room. Rate is subject to applicable taxes in effect at the time of check-in.
- On-site parking is available at the Hotel. For conference guests, the current daily rate for self-park is $10 and $15 for overnight parking per car.
VHMA has set aside a limited block of rooms. Rooms are available until the block has sold. Any reservations received after this date will be honored on a space-available basis.
- All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
- Cancellations must be received by 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee or no-show fee (fee equal to one night’s room and tax).
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in guest rooms and throughout the meeting space.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
The Charlotte Douglas International Airport is less than 10 miles from the hotel. The hotel does not provide shuttle service. The average one-way taxi is $25.
