Self-parking is complimentary. Valet parking is available for $25 per car.

The Pensacola International Airport is 10 miles from the hotel.
Reservations Deadline: Thursday, February 5, 2026.
VHMA has set aside a limited block of rooms. Rooms are available until the block has sold or the reservation deadline date has expired. Any reservations received after this date will be honored on a space-available basis only at the prevailing rate.
Please note that you are attending the VHMA 2026 Management Exchange to secure the group rate.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and the check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
If you need to cancel your room reservations, you may cancel 48 hours before the day of scheduled arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. A no-show will result in a cancellation fee equal to a one-night charge. Should you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the VHMA office before you cancel with the hotel. If the group block is sold out, we can offer your room to another attendee, and you will no longer be responsible for the room.
