Registration Rates

Annual Conference FULL CONERENCE:
SUPER SAVER - Full conference (on or before 05/31/2026) $655 Member*
EARLY BIRD - Full conference (on or before 08/15/2026) $720 Member*
Full conference (after 08/15/2026) $765 Member*

Please note that the conference registration fee includes meals - breakfast on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and lunch on Thursday and Friday.

Annual Conference SINGLE DAY:
Single Day - $395 Member*

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP:
Single Day - $395 Member*

*VHMA membership is required to register for this event (Trial Membership and Nonmember Guest record types are not applicable). If you are not a member, you can create a paid membership account here or reach out to membership@vhma.org for assistance. Once your membership is activated, log in and then register.

Conference attendees must register using their own account. Don't register another person while you are logged into your account. The conference registrant's name must match the membership account holder. 

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received in writing prior to August 21, 2026, all fees, other than a $25 processing fee, will be refunded. After August 21, 2026, no refunds will be issued.

Should the VHMA cancel the event because it is impractical or unsafe to hold, all registration fees will be refunded. Registrants will have the option to apply payments to a future event.
